Scope of Service
Gabochie Marketing provides Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, and visibility management services. Our services include profile setup, optimization, review management, and ongoing maintenance as outlined in your selected package.
No Guaranteed Rankings or Revenue
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Google's algorithm is constantly changing and influenced by many factors beyond our control. Our services are designed to maximize your visibility potential, but results may vary based on competition, industry, location, and other variables.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- One-time setup packages: Full payment required before work begins
- Management packages: Payment as agreed per package tier
- All fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
- Prices are subject to change without notice for new engagements
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Granting necessary access to Google Business Profile
- Responding to requests for content, photos, or approvals in a timely manner
- Maintaining a legitimate, operational business
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to deliver the services outlined in your package due to factors within our control, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a proportional refund.
Limitation of Liability
Gabochie Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. For ongoing management packages, termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
